Group Classes

Small group yoga classes are slow paced and gentle, intentionally designed for any age and ability.

A enquiry based practice that explores a unique integration of somatic movement, breath-work, embodiment practices and therapeutic yoga. You are invited to get curious about your breath and movement habits as the space is held for you to explore something different.

Mindful movement has been shown in the research to bring more ease to the body as we improve mobility, stability and strength.

Foundations of Yoga - an 8 week programme

February 29th - May 2nd (no class on March 28th)

Every Thursday 8.30 - 10am

Build the foundations of a yoga practice by learning how to listen to your body & practice in way that honours your physical structure.

The intended outcome of this programme is that you will be able to apply these skills into any asana class plus develop a solid foundation of self-knowledge that you can tap into throughout the lifetime of your yoga practice.
